Payment Terms and Schedule 

All preliminary drawings may require a non-refundable deposit. This deposit amount will be deducted from the overall invoice upon completion of plans. Any revisions made after the completion of the 2nd preliminary may be subject to additional fees. Revisions will be billed at $50/per hour. A One-time Flat Fee shall apply for non‐hourly time, with additional charges for CDoc Plans. for total design project.

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit may be required upon project commencement. The balance of the project's fees shall be paid upon sign/seal plans for the project completion. Payment is due upon issuance of invoice. Final plans shall not be released until payment is made in full. A one and one half (1.5%) monthly service charge will be billed against late payments after 30 days. Grant of copyright is conditioned upon receipt of final payment, and upon Client's compliance with the terms of this agreement.

 

Cancellation Fees: In the event of Cancellation, we will be compensated for services performed through the date of cancellation in the amount of the non-refundable preliminary deposit and any additional hourly charges incurred. Upon cancellation all rights to the limited use copyright are forfeited by the Client.

 

Revision and Project Correction
All finished designed that require markup and corrections from reports by the local building dept, engineer, architect or contractor shall be corrected at no-expense to client until project is approved. If the client changes the scope of the design after the project has been reviewed, signed, sealed by Engineer/Architect additional charges will be applied. If the redesign or corrections are caused by client or contractors changes in scope of work additional charges will apply.
